TERMS & CONDITION

Booking & Payment

*Advance: 50% of total Fee to be paid for booking the venue

*Remaining Booking Amount: to be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date(100% Booking Fee).

*100% Booking fee if not received 30 days before the event, reservation will be cancelled with no refund.

*Security deposit of 25% of total booking amount should be deposited before 15 days of event which will refundable after 3 days of the event (for any breakage & damage).

*Tax as applicable.

*Bookings are done on first come first server basis.

*Booking Confirmation Receipt will be given to client after Advance booking.

*Payment Mode: Cash, Bank Transfer(NEFT), Demand Draft are accepted.

Facilities @Golden orchid

*Banquet Timings: Morning 10 a.m – 7 a.m Next Day (Extra charges for additional hours).

*Cleaning Charges, Electricity Charges and Generator Fuel Charges are all inclusive in the package.

*Client must inspect the premises prior to taking possession. Similarly the venue is expected to be vacated in the same condition as it was handover to them.

*Client will be fully responsible for all liabilities, including food or any damage to the building, carpeting, equipments or other furnishings.

*Damage repair charges will be evaluated as per present market value & to be deducted from the Security deposit.

*Management is not responsible for any mishap. Natural Calamities and theft.

*Music system: 5 p.m- 10 p.m sharp.

*For DJ/Orchestra/ Any musical arrangement, guest has to arrange all valid licenses & permission . Golden orchid shall take no responsibility for the same.

*Smoking or Spitting of paan, gutkhas and other tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited inside the banquet premises.

*Spitting in the venue would attract the penalty of Rs.1,000/-.

*Golden orchid representatives have the exclusive rights to restrict entry of certain guests into the premises.

*No animals and pets are permitted in the premises.

*Firearms and weapons are not allowed in the premises.

*Fireworks & firecrackers are strictly prohibited inside the hall.

*Live counter is allowed.

*The existing Security system at Golden Orchid shall be provided without any additional charge.

Cancellation/Date Alteration

 *A separate charge may be levied when an event date is changed.

* Please note that charges for change of date is subject to taxation.

* Booking amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Services

*Decoration, Floral Arrangement, Illumination & Audio-Visual facilities will be provided by Golden orchid in house vendors only.

*Outside Catering is allowed upon payment of Kitchen Rental,Cleaning & Garbage Removal Charges as applicable + Service tax.

*The Cleaning & Garbage Removal charges to be paid along with the final settlement of Booking Fee.

*The Client has ensure that the outside catering vendor follows the guidelines of Golden Orchid for cooking & waste disposal.

*The Client will be responsible for any damage caused by the outside catering vendor.
